Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HaulIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.

HaulIQ is a financial reporting tool. It helps trucking owner-operators and small fleets:

• Estimate profit, margin, revenue per mile, and cost per mile
• Generate IFTA fuel tax summaries (estimates — not official filings)
• Track fleet performance across multiple vehicles
• Download reports in PDF and CSV format

HaulIQ does not file taxes on your behalf, provide legal advice, or guarantee the accuracy of calculations for official government submissions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use HaulIQ
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
• One account per person — do not share accounts
• You may not use HaulIQ for illegal purposes or to generate fraudulent documents

• Free: 1 saved report (lifetime), always free — basic PDF only, no CSV
• Single Full Report ($19.99): 1 full report one-time, includes Full PDF + CSV, no subscription
• Operator ($29/mo): 6 full reports/month, Full PDF + CSV, resets on the 1st of each month
• Fleet ($79/mo): 25 full reports/month, Full PDF + CSV

Monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• You own all data you enter into HaulIQ
• You own all reports you generate
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the product (never individually identifiable)
• Reports saved under a free account may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity with prior notice

HaulIQ calculations are estimates based on the data you provide. IFTA tax rates are updated periodically but may not reflect the most current rates for all jurisdictions. Profit calculations do not account for every possible expense or tax treatment. Do not use HaulIQ reports as your sole basis for tax filings, legal proceedings, or financial decisions without independent verification.

You may not:

• Use HaulIQ to generate false or fraudulent documents
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute HaulIQ reports as your own product
• Circumvent plan limits through automation or multiple accounts

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PDF generation relies on a third-party service (Render) that may occasionally experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service unavailability.

HaulIQ is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including losses from inaccurate calculations, tax penalties, or reliance on AI-generated insights. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will email you 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
