Privacy Policy

HaulIQ is a financial reporting tool for trucking owner-operators and small fleets. We help you generate Profit, IFTA, and Fleet reports in PDF and CSV format. Contact us at nikitamartynov03@gmail.com with any privacy questions.

When you use HaulIQ, we collect:

• Account info: your name and email address via Google OAuth (we never store your Google password)
• Business info: company name, DOT number — only what you enter
• Report data: the financial numbers you enter to generate reports (revenue, miles, fuel, expenses)
• Usage data: which features you use, pages visited, errors — to improve the product
• Device info: browser type and screen size for display purposes

We do not collect payment card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe.

• Generate your PDF and CSV reports
• Save your reports to your dashboard
• Generate AI-powered insights on your numbers (via OpenRouter — your data is not used to train AI models)
• Send you product updates if you opt in
• Debug errors and improve performance

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Report PDFs are stored in private cloud storage — only you can access them via time-limited signed URLs. We use Row Level Security (RLS) — your data is never accessible to other users.

We use the following services to operate HaulIQ:

• Supabase — database and authentication (privacy policy)
• Vercel — hosting (privacy policy)
• OpenRouter / Google Gemini — AI-generated report insights (no data retention)
• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
• Sentry — error monitoring (PII-stripped before sending)
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymized)

We do not sell your data to any third party.

• Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Delete: request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correct: update your name or company name from your account settings
• Export: download your reports as PDF or CSV at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email nikitamartynov03@gmail.com. We respond within 7 business days.

Your reports are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete a report, it is removed immediately. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Free accounts with no activity for 12 months may be deleted with prior email notice.

We use cookies only for authentication (to keep you logged in via Supabase Auth) and for product analytics (PostHog). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of HaulIQ after changes constitutes acceptance.
